Panko (Bread Crumbs) is made from wheat flour, baked after fermentation using special equipment. It offers excellent frying resistance and low oil absorption. The finished fried foods achieve a golden yellow color with a needle-like, three-dimensional appearance.

Our bread crumbs are ideal for frying shrimp, chicken, duck, fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, aquatic products, and crustacean products. They can also be used in stuffing mixtures to maintain food moisture and create a soft texture.

Panko should be stored in a closed container and kept in a dark, dry, and cool place such as a pantry. When well sealed, it will last approximately two years.

While panko doesn't necessarily offer specific health benefits, it is a healthier choice compared to regular breadcrumbs. Panko contains fewer calories, fat, and sodium than traditional breadcrumbs.
